Staffing Operations Executive, Bank of America- will shake up
workforce forecasting as we know it with a session on “The Evolution of
Forecasting and Workforce Planning within Bank of America Staffing” -
during which he'll share how he and his team built a

VP, Global Recruiting and Staffing, WR Grace will
examine, Positioning for Global Success and Growth, tapping his global
talent experiences for the benefit of our gathering. 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Borgata Salon C Lunch 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm Borgata Salon C Tim Giehll, Industry expert and author, provides a method for companies to
calibrate and fine tune their workforce quickly, responding to changing
market conditions in small steps rather than in painful mass layoffs or
mass rehire campaigns. Companies must manage human capital as
efficiently and effectively as all of the other parts of business -
translating manufacturing supply chain lessons learned to the human
